Park departments and cities

If you manage an off-leash area, we want our guide to match your official information. Write from your official address with rule changes, new parks, closures or official photos we may use with credit. We update the guide once we confirm the change.

Dog-friendly businesses

Hotels, restaurants, daycares and shops: we don't sell listings or placement, and nobody pays to be described on Pawnauta. If your business has a dog-friendly policy our readers should know about, send it with a link to where it's published, and our editors decide whether it fits a guide.

Our comparison of dog park rules in 20 US cities is original data built from official city sources. You can cite it with a link to the page. If you need the underlying table or a clarification on method, email us; how we research explains the sources.
